For the safety of you and your baby, these sessions will only be done in low risk pregnancies and strictly after 37 weeks.

Postnatal Recovery Massage
Exactly what the name of the massage suggests, this particular massage session is focused solely on recovery after the birth of your little one. Regardless of HOW you birthed, your body is recovering.
